### Choose the messages you want

Scentric® may offer updates about fragrances, devices, launches or promotions through
separately approved channels. We will give you a clear choice for the relevant channel
and use your details in accordance with applicable law. Where permission is required,
the choice will be separate and optional. Declining marketing will not prevent a
purchase, support, a refund or loyalty membership.

A contact-form enquiry is not by itself a marketing subscription. We will not add
a delivery recipient to a promotional list simply because their details were supplied
for fulfilment. If we offer a new promotional channel or materially different purpose,
we will provide the required information and obtain a new choice where needed.

### Service messages are different

Order confirmations, payment or delivery updates, return and warranty messages, 
safety notices and responses to your enquiry are service communications where needed
for that purpose. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending a necessary
service message. We will not use that distinction to disguise advertising as an 
essential notification.

### Change or withdraw your choice

Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email to change your choices. For another
approved channel, use the clearly stated stop method. You can also contact [privacy@scentric.ae](https://scentric.ae/marketing-preferences/privacy@scentric.ae).
You do not need to pay, make another purchase or create an account solely to stop
marketing.

We will apply the request under the applicable requirements. If a message appears
to cross with your request, tell us so we can check the recorded timing and correct
the system. We will not continue promotional sending on the assumption that a failed
integration restores permission.

Where applicable, you may object to the processing of your information for direct
marketing, including related profiling. Withdrawing consent does not by itself make
earlier lawful processing unlawful. A limited suppression record may be retained
to respect your choice and prevent re-importing your details into a campaign.

### Offers and personalization

Each promotion will identify its material terms, including eligibility, duration,
any stock limitation, applicable products and any conditions affecting price or 
delivery. A general marketing subscription is not acceptance of a purchase or a 
recurring payment. We will not charge you for a subscription or renewal merely because
you chose to receive updates.

If we use personal information or tracking to tailor marketing, the actual practice

[P03](https://scentric.ae/cookie-policy/), with the choices required for that processing.
Optional visitor analytics and advertising remain off until valid consent under 
the intended configuration. Profiling, audience matching or advertising-platform
uploads also require an assessed and disclosed purpose and the applicable choice;
retaining an integration is not unrestricted permission. We will not describe a 
process as anonymous unless the verified configuration supports that description.

### Your information

The privacy notice explains the information used, recipients, retention and rights.
We will not publish your review, photograph or testimonial as a marketing asset 
without the appropriate permission and rights. Permission to answer an enquiry is
not permission to attribute a public endorsement to you.
